YouTuber El Mundo Eats writes that their recipe is inspired by Cheesecake Factory. The recipe veers a bit from traditional cheesecake, using sour cream, that makes for a “super creamy texture and taste.”

For the recipe, you’ll need the standard ingredients – cream cheese, vanilla extract – along with some digestive biscuits, muffin tins and muffin liners. And El Mundo Eats says that fresh berries or jams and marmalades will make an extra topping.
