Puppy Born With Permanent Smile Stole Rescuer’s Heart And Found Himself An Amazing Family

After taking the dog in, Kaley named him Chupacabra (or Chupey for short) after the mythical monster in Mexican folklore.

For 10 years, Kaley has been actively involved in the dog rescue world and has never seen such a special puppy.

Chupey has almost no fur, very small eyes, curved ears, big teeth and a big mouth, making him look as if he was born with a permanent smile. And it’s that bright smile that melted her heart in the blink of an eye fixed, making Kaley fell crazy with the small guy somehow.
